The Goal

Partner a leading Kazakhstan‑based baby diapers & wet wipes manufacturer with a prestigious global baby brand, enabling them to skip launching a new brand from scratch and instead leverage existing brand equity in the CIS region. The objective was to secure a licensing agreement that gives them rights to manufacture and distribute the chosen brand across key CIS markets.

The Results

After two years of market research, negotiations, structuring, and execution, we successfully inked a deal with Chicco. Our partner became licensee for Chicco baby diapers & wet wipes across the CIS region.

Founded in Italy in 1958, present in over 120 countries. The brand extends across multiple baby product categories, from hygiene, feeding, toys, gear, and more which gives strong brand synergy and consumer recognition.  

Because of Chicco’s strong brand equity, and global recognition, our partner can leverage credibility, accelerate market entry, and minimize the risks typically associated with launching a new brand in multiple markets.
